Maybe you feel you have a clear idea of how you want to experience each day or maybe your desires feel fuzzy. Either way, if it's not occurring now for us, that means we haven't created the dream reality yet; we haven't stepped into the frequency of our ultimate dream day. Here is how you can do that and it's a process that is loads of fun ~ it involves writing your story and stepping into it.
A lot of times, people just journal to vent and write out what they are feeling bad about, but this is a very negative process that just keeps them in a cycle of negative emotions and venting. It doesn't challenge one to step into a new frequency where there is a more enjoyable reality.
Recently, a friend and I were talking about meditation. He said:
“I don’t see why I would start meditating, I’ve lived this much of my life just fine without it.”
I realised that this might be how many people who haven’t integrated meditation into their lives are thinking about it.
If I offered you some cake, or a beer, (or pizza…), and you hadn't yet tried cake or beer (or lasagna…), so you decide to turn it down, (because after all, you’ve lived this long without it ;) ), your future self might be quite shocked! Your future self may try to communicate with you - as a distance voice in your head saying:
If you have a big dream you may have been told from a young age that you are unrealistic and then felt pain from a lack of support for the visions you naturally have for your life. The more you expressed your desires and ideas and they were rejected, the more you shut them down. You then likely took in false beliefs about yourself, perhaps around being unrealistic or incapable, that were self-limiting and served to stop you from expanding fully into your vision.
I believe that most of us are receiving just the tiniest percentage of the gifts the Universe has to offer.
The number one reason for this? We have such a hard time letting go. We are too often trying to be in control. And what happens when we are trying so hard to control a situation? We hold tight, we manipulate, we lose sight of being an observer and soon enough we can't see straight.
What happens when we let go? A space is created - a space for possibility. This openness to possibility allows us to communicate with the Universe.
