Recently, a friend and I were talking about meditation. He said:
“I don’t see why I would start meditating, I’ve lived this much of my life just fine without it.”

If I offered you some cake, or a beer, (or pizza…), and you hadn't yet tried cake or beer (or lasagna…), so you decide to turn it down, (because after all, you’ve lived this long without it ;) ), your future self might be quite shocked! Your future self may try to communicate with you - as a distance voice in your head saying:

For a number of years I struggled with making a decision and stepping into action toward my life purpose. Let me tell you, it is NOT necessary to spend years in the dark in regard to your life's path . . . all the while missing out on the ways you could be living each day with fulfilment and an authentic life path of your choosing. The funny part is, I really knew all along what destiny I wanted to choose. Indecision was just my conditioned self's way of holding me back in order to stay where I was comfortable - even if . . .
